Watson™ was created by a lawyer for lawyers. Our founder recognized a lack of back-office support for lawyers practicing in smaller firms. Support that is proactive and tailored specifically to the demanding needs of a busy firm, enabling lawyers to operate more effectively. To address this need, a team was assembled that brought deep experience in law firm management, operations and administration.

CEO and Founder
Brian led the formation of Watson™ after experiencing less focus and less freedom in his law practice, due to spending too much time on administrative tasks. He is the Managing Member of Evergent Law LLC and presently relies on Watson™ as his firm's back office. Brian represents and counsels U.S. and international business owners, entrepreneurs, franchisees, investors and executives on strategies, issues and agreements involving the formation, growth, management or sale of their business. Previously, he was a Shareholder at Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor & Pascoe PC and a Principal at Chayet Young Dawson Meegan & Danzo, LLC. He was named as one of Denver's 40 Under Forty by the Denver Business Journal in 2011. He is an alumni of Leadership Denver 2003 (the best class ever). Brian formerly served as Chair of the CU Law Alumni Board and a Director of the Colorado chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), of which he has been a member since 2005.
Operations Manager
Aubree has over 20 years of administrative, billing and bookkeeping experience with local and national law firms. She grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, which forged the strong work ethic she brings to Watson. Aubree joined Watson in 2014 and has been serving as its Operations Manager since 2016.

Watson™ has been proud to have sponsored the Wheels of Justice for many years, on and off the road. The Wheels of Justice Cycling Team rides in the annual Courage Classic, a two-day ride through the Rockies, hosted by Colorado Children’s Hospital. The team fields 250 cyclists and targets to raise $425,000 each year for the Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders at Colorado Children’s Hospital.
